Stress

1 Peter 5:6-7


Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.


Jeremiah 29:11


For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.



It's not always easy to lay our burdens down. Thankfully we serve a God who has promised us to be with us, to rejoice with us, and to mourn with us. We can rest in his promise that if we lay our burdens down, he will carry them for us. What burdens are you carrying right now? Are you ready to lay them down?
