LTC is a Leadership Training convention held in Dallas every year on Easter weekend. Teenagers are encouraged to attend and are challenged in different competition events such as Drama, Puppets, Speech, Chorus, Song Leading, Art, Bible Bowl, and the like.
Teenagers are invited to spend the night with the youth group participating in a wide variety of games and activities. Our lock ins are usually a combination of being “locked out” of the church while we fellowship at different fun spots in the community. Followed by a lock in at the church where we have devos and the fun continues.
Retreats are held every fall and spring. Teenagers accompany the group to a local retreat center and spend the weekend learning God’s word, building relationships, and encouraging others.
A banquet is held every year for our graduating seniors.
A Ski Trip is planned each year usually during spring break. Families are encouraged to attend and are offered a discount with our group rate. Each night is spent in devotion to our Lord.
As a service to the families who attend the area high schools, FMP youth hand out water bottles and hot dogs to the parade’s spectators. Homecoming Handouts are intended mainly for outreach to the students and parents attending the parades.
Every year before Christmas, we host a party for both our High School and our Junior High students.
A special time each summer where families retreat to grow closer with each other and other families.
Youth spend 3 days working with teens from all over Premium Basin to paint houses for Senior Citizens and underprivileged families. Provides teenagers with a chance to show Christ’s love for them through service.
